From 2017 to 2020, Raúl Bartolomé led Harman’s European hardware engineering department, delivering advanced audio amplifiers and multimedia systems for brands such as BMW, Audi, Daimler, Volvo, Volkswagen, Aston Martin, and Ferrari. His leadership guided the development of multi-channel DSP amplifiers, Class D/AB output stages, tuners, and communication buses, enabling flagship systems like the BMW Bowers & Wilkins Diamond, Mercedes-Benz Harman Kardon, and Audi Bang & Olufsen sound systems.

From 2013 to 2015, Raúl Bartolomé served as Resident Project Manager for Electrical/Electronic systems in Shenyang, China, during Magna Steyr’s complete vehicle development of the Brilliance Huasong 7 MPV. He coordinated between Magna Steyr Austria, Brilliance Automotive, and BMW, overseeing supplier integration, testing, and troubleshooting. The Huasong 7, launched in 2014 with BMW’s N20 turbo engine, became the first BMW-powered MPV in China and a milestone in Brilliance’s expansion into the premium segment.
