Las teor\u00edas del aprendizaje se pueden clasificar en 3 escuelas de pensamiento:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Behaviorismo. El proceso de aprendizaje est\u00e1 vinculado a la salida observable del comportamiento. Ivan Pavlov en 1927 define la teor\u00eda del \u201ccondicionamiento cl\u00e1sico\u201d, basada en el mecanismo de \u201cest\u00edmulo-respuesta\u201d (Learning-Theories.com, 2016), (Staats, 1996). Este proceso de aprendizaje se considera pasivo, inconsciente, universal y clave para aprender conceptos b\u00e1sicos como supervivencia, protecci\u00f3n y seguridad. Sin embargo, las teor\u00edas del aprendizaje conductual no son aplicables al proceso de aprendizaje de adultos, ya que las habilidades b\u00e1sicas ya est\u00e1n aprendidas.<\/li>\n<li>Cognitivismo. Estas teor\u00edas se enfocan en el proceso de aprendizaje de c\u00f3mo se recibe, procesa, organiza, almacena e interpreta la informaci\u00f3n; modelo similar se aplica en ciencias de la computaci\u00f3n (Ertmer &amp; Newby, 2013), (Learning-Theories.com, 2016). El cognitivismo cubre procesos de aprendizaje m\u00e1s abstractos como la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas, la formaci\u00f3n de conceptos y el procesamiento de informaci\u00f3n. Yo personalmente utilizo procesos de aprendizaje cognitivista durante el aprendizaje y resoluci\u00f3n de procesos de actividades de ingenier\u00eda; Debo mencionar que soy ingeniero y dirijo equipos de ingenier\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Humanismo. Abraham Maslow en 1954 con la teor\u00eda de la jerarqu\u00eda de las necesidades, sienta las bases para la dimensi\u00f3n humanista del aprendizaje. La necesidad m\u00e1s abstracta de autorrealizaci\u00f3n, es decir, realizar todo el potencial de uno, es la proposici\u00f3n clave de tal teor\u00eda. Aqu\u00ed las emociones juegan un papel fundamental, el individuo crea un modelo subjetivo de la realidad y persigue mayores niveles de conocimiento (lifecircles-inc.com, 2016), (Davis, 2016). M\u00e1s adelante en este ensayo exploraremos la teor\u00eda del aprendizaje experimental que pertenece a este grupo y es clave para el aprendizaje en adultos.
