Durante la discusi\u00f3n analizaremos cr\u00edticamente su impacto en las empresas Proveedoras de Servicios de Ingenier\u00eda (EPS) con base en la experiencia del autor del ensayo. El an\u00e1lisis puede ser \u00fatil para el dise\u00f1o de puestos de trabajo, sistemas de recompensa y pol\u00edticas de Recursos Humanos (RRHH).<\/p>\n<p>La motivaci\u00f3n impulsa las acciones, el comportamiento y las necesidades del individuo (Mollit, 2016, p. 30), (Oxford Dictionary of English, 2012). Prestaremos especial atenci\u00f3n a la motivaci\u00f3n en el entorno laboral.<\/p>\n<p>Las teor\u00edas son representaciones abstractas y generalizaciones de experiencias observables (Miner, 2005, p. 7). En ocasiones los autores enfatizan la teor\u00eda con la ambici\u00f3n de cubrir cualquier aspecto motivacional, sin embargo en las ciencias sociales nada es blanco o negro sino una escala de grises, por lo que resaltaremos algunas debilidades durante nuestro an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico. Teor\u00edas de la motivaci\u00f3n agrupadas en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teor\u00edas del contenido \u2013 qu\u00e9 motivos: basadas en las necesidades innatas y los impulsos individuales para satisfacer las necesidades. Suponen que todos los individuos tienen motivos similares.<\/li>\n<li>Teor\u00edas de procesos \u2013 c\u00f3mo se produce la motivaci\u00f3n: centradas en c\u00f3mo tomamos decisiones con respecto a nuestros objetivos.
