El desapilado se realiz\u00f3 mediante un robot, que extra\u00eda las hojas del mont\u00f3n y las introduc\u00eda en la primera prensa. Los criterios de seguridad eran muy estrictos: aut\u00f3matas de seguridad Pilz y todo el cableado con mecanismo de emergencia. El proyecto fue seleccionado para realizar una auditor\u00eda del QS9000, que es un criterio de calidad importante dentro del sector de la automoci\u00f3n. La calificaci\u00f3n de los estudios previos y planos el\u00e9ctricos fue excelente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las siguientes ilustraciones se puede observar de izquierda a derecha: la estaci\u00f3n donde se ubican las hojas, el robot encargado del desapilado y el inicio de la l\u00ednea de prensa.
