Empresas de fabricaci\u00f3n de cableado como Valeo o Lear dise\u00f1an y ensamblan cableado el\u00e9ctrico complejo utilizando conectores, terminales, cables el\u00e9ctricos y otras materias primas.<\/p>\n\n<p>La fase final de la fabricaci\u00f3n del cable consiste en comprobarlo. Es en este momento cuando intervienen los productos CreaSoft. En las siguientes ilustraciones podemos ver dos placas de prueba, observe c\u00f3mo se conectan los conectores del cableado a los conectores del contador del banco de pruebas. Estos circuitos tienen varias funcionalidades. Hay tres modelos m\u00e1s importantes, cuyas dimensiones son 27 mm x 46 mm. Todos est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados en torno a microcontroladores tipo PIC. Los modelos m\u00e1s significativos son los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n<p>CMC V04: consiste en el control de las maniobras b\u00e1sicas de la contraparte. Es decir, el control del enclavamiento, el led de error, la electrov\u00e1lvula, la presencia de la pieza, el bloque m\u00f3vil y la detecci\u00f3n de pieza por micro o barrera luminosa.<\/p>\n\n<p>CMC V05: Este circuito cubre las operaciones b\u00e1sicas del CMC V04 con ciertas mejoras y comunicaci\u00f3n serial. La comunicaci\u00f3n serial se implementa a trav\u00e9s de cualquier punto de control INTE. El circuito dispone de una memoria EEPROM de 64 kBy, en la que se puede almacenar cualquier informaci\u00f3n, por ejemplo: lista de materiales de la contraparte, dibujo DXF, datos del fabricante de la contraparte, etc. Esta informaci\u00f3n es gestionada mediante una aplicaci\u00f3n CreaSoft.<\/p>\n\n<p>CSETI V01: este circuito funciona junto con un CMC. Su finalidad es comprobar el apriete de los conectores. Para ello cuenta con un sensor de presi\u00f3n, amplificadores, un comparador y la activaci\u00f3n de una electrov\u00e1lvula.
