Esta es mi historia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soy residente en el extranjero y en una de mis llamadas a ING me propusieron rellenar un formulario para evitar retenciones en Espa\u00f1a. Una gran idea ya que pago mis impuestos en el extranjero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando tuve la oportunidad de ir a Espa\u00f1a rellen\u00e9 un formulario y aport\u00e9 la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria. Hasta ahora un servicio correcto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema apareci\u00f3 cuando un d\u00eda mis tarjetas dejaron de funcionar, el 24 de agosto de 2016 llam\u00e9 a ING y me informaron que mi cuenta est\u00e1 bloqueada porque debo presentar un documento que acredite que resido en el exterior, entre los documentos aceptados la n\u00f3mina del negocio .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un comportamiento claramente abusivo y denota una empresa no profesional. No es necesario ser muy inteligente para seguir un procedimiento que no perjudique a los clientes. Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La empresa (ING) informa al cliente (Ra\u00fal) que debe presentar determinada documentaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>El cliente tiene un plazo determinado para presentar la documentaci\u00f3n, si no entrega la documentaci\u00f3n a tiempo, la cuenta queda bloqueada.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De todos modos, por supuesto, segu\u00ed las instrucciones que me indic\u00f3 ING: enviar un correo electr\u00f3nico a <u><a href=\"mailto:processing@ingdirect.es\">processing@ingdirect.es<\/a><\/u> explicando mi caso e informando que la n\u00f3mina est\u00e1 redactada en alem\u00e1n. El se\u00f1or que me atendi\u00f3 me dijo que mi cuenta ser\u00eda habilitada r\u00e1pidamente al recibir la documentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 25 de agosto envi\u00e9 el correo electr\u00f3nico, con la n\u00f3mina adjunta explicando mi caso y comentando que el documento est\u00e1 escrito en alem\u00e1n. No recib\u00ed ning\u00fan acuse de recibo, nuevamente ING presenta un procedimiento poco profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde hace unos d\u00edas observo que mis tarjetas siguen sin funcionar. El 29 de agosto vuelo a llamar, y me informan que debo esperar 72 horas para que el tr\u00e1mite se ejecute correctamente. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el hombre que me inform\u00f3 el 24 de agosto o minti\u00f3 o estaba mal informado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estimado lector, imagine lo que es residir en el exterior, y no tener acceso a su dinero. C\u00f3mo alguien debe pagar el alquiler del apartamento, comprar comida, etc. Una situaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica y lamentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pues bien, el 31 de agosto, despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de 72 horas naturales, vuelvo a llamar a ING. En esta ocasi\u00f3n me dicen que debo enviar el correo a <u><a href=\"mailto:infomracion@ingdirect.es\">infomracion@ingdirect.es<\/a><\/u>y con el n\u00famero de DNI en el asunto del email. Esto ya es un bochornoso l\u00edo de la empresa. Inmediatamente reenv\u00edo el correo, me dicen por tel\u00e9fono que lo han recibido, sin embargo, como la n\u00f3mina est\u00e1 en alem\u00e1n, deben enviarlo al departamento de traducci\u00f3n. En esta oportunidad la operadora me dice que no puede decirme cuanto tiempo se demorara en realizar este procedimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed estamos, en Austria y sin acceso a mi cuenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante este tiempo realic\u00e9 2 reclamaciones formales a ING DIRECT Espa\u00f1a (<a href=\"mailto:informacion@ingdirect.es)\">informacion@ingdirect.es)<\/a>. Uno de ellos lo prob\u00e9 con el formulario web, pero el bot\u00f3n de enviar permanece deshabilitado a pesar de completar los campos necesarios. De nuevo, o un fallo de programaci\u00f3n, por tanto una connotaci\u00f3n no profesional de la empresa, o barreras a las formas de comunicaci\u00f3n, y por tanto un comportamiento \u00e9tico de la empresa cuestionable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 1 de septiembre, vuelo para llamar e informarme que mi cuenta ya no est\u00e1 bloqueada. Buenas noticias. El mismo d\u00eda intent\u00f3 disponer de mi dinero con una de mis dos tarjetas, pero no funcionan ni en caja ni en establecimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 2 de septiembre volv\u00ed a intentarlo, pero obtuvo el mismo resultado. No funcionan en cajeros autom\u00e1ticos ni establecimientos. Llamo a ING DIRECT Espa\u00f1a el mismo d\u00eda, y me dicen que mi cuenta est\u00e1 activa y que no tienen constancia de las operaciones. Sugieren que hay ca\u00edda de la cola, en toda la ciudad, o que las dos tarjetas est\u00e1n defectuosas en el chip y en la banda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi hip\u00f3tesis es que los terminales RFID bloquean la propia tarjeta tras varios intentos fallidos. Tiene sentido, ya que se pueden realizar operaciones sin PIN por importes inferiores a 20 euros, por lo que ser\u00eda plausible un ataque de fuerza bruta. El operador de ING dice que eso no es posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intentar\u00e9 un d\u00eda m\u00e1s, eliminar la absurda teor\u00eda de la ca\u00edda de l\u00ednea. Es absurdo porque lo he probado en distintos establecimientos y cajeros a distintas horas del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El operador me informa que tardar\u00e1 de 7 a 10 d\u00edas en enviarme las nuevas tarjetas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy es 20 de septiembre, recibo un correo electr\u00f3nico del servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente de ING DIRECT solicitando mi identificaci\u00f3n y nombre completo, en deferencia a mi tercera queja por escrito realizada el 2 de septiembre. Tard\u00e9 18 d\u00edas en contactarme, incre\u00edble.
